4 Rounds for Time (RFT):
- 400m run
- 50 Double Unders (DU) (multiply by 3 for number of single rope skips)
- 15 T2B
**Do as many Double Unders AS POSSIBLE each round. Even if it's only 5 before switching to single rope skips.
