Box Rules at Warehouse Performance

We want to make sure we provide you with a fun and safe environment.  To help facilitate this, we put together a list of rules, or principles to keep in mind.

Arrive Early And Stay Late — Cheer, clap and encourage others. Anything less is to cheat yourself of the experience and to rob others of the gift of your presence and support as part of the community.

Clean Up —
Put away all your equipment after each workout. And please wipe down equipment after each use thank you.

Work Hard —
Form follows function and intensity drives adaptation. Don’t be embarrassed or ashamed if you can’t lift as much or perform as well as other members.  Changing your environment that your body is in will take time and it is giving your body a reason to change.  Stick with it.

Our Coaches are dedicated to your health and fitness. Each of our coaches has been hand-selected and trained to help you reach your specific goals. We keep up to date on current certifications, workshops, and are persistent in furthering our education by using every available resource. We share a common passion for helping others. We are available and ready to accommodate the individual needs of every athlete at our box.

Children
 — We love kids here at WP and think it’s important for them to see their parents leading active, healthy lives. However, we also want to keep kids and everyone else in our gym safe. Please ensure they stay in the office area during WOD’s.

Eat Right
—  by limiting your diet to meats & vegetables, nuts & seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. This will provide you with the best body composition, performance and health. You will absolutely hum with energy and power.  Any help with your nutrition we will love to give our professional opinion and options that may work for you.

Sleep — This is where you will make your gains. Sleep is like an express train for recovery. Get as much as possible. Otherwise you’re only hurting yourself.

Effort ---  "To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift" -Steve Prefontaine

Dress Code — Athletic wear…this will be added on as we develop a competition team and when we celebrate certain holidays example; Breast Cancer Awareness, Halloween, Christmas, New Years, St. Patrick's Day ect.

Get Involved —
Introduce yourself. Warehouse Performance is more than just a gym; it’s a community. We are a family and you can get as involved as you like. We holds social events. There are many opportunities for you to get involved and if you have any suggestions, we would love to hear them!

Attend Class
