CLASS SCHEDULE & HOURS

Our hours of operation are based on class times. With this being said, our gym is not open to public access unless otherwise specified. Our classes are broken up based on age, level, and sport. Scroll down for pricing guidelines.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE

MONDAY- THURSDAY   

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM  (ages 14 and under)
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM (ages 15 and up)

Summer Morning Classes:

Appointments only

Teams or individual/small groups of 1, 2 or no more than 3.
Groups will be done with interns at:

8am-9:30am

3pm-4pm

4pm-5pm

PERSONAL TRAINING

There are no specific class times for personal training sessions. We will work with your schedule. See pricing below and contact us to learn more.

STEP 2:

MONTHLY SIGN-UP

Choose between three classifications:

  1. Performance Athlete (ages 7-21; playing or preparing for team or individual sports)

  2. Elite Fitness (for professional athletes only)

  3. Functional Fitness (adults)

PERFORMANCE ATHLETES

  • $225/month for unlimited classes*

    *($60/month per additional sibling)

  • $150/month for twice a week**

    **($40/month per additional sibling)

  • $25 walk-ins

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Individuals: $65 (1v1) $65 each session

  • Two athletes: $80 (1v2) $40 each session per person

  • Three athletes: $105 (1v3) $35 each session per person

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS

  • $165/month for unlimited classes

  • $100/month for two per week

  • $20 walk-ins

additional sessions

  • $20 per session

DISCOUNTS

College Students - $150/month unlimited

Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, Police - $100/month unlimited

Couples - $100/month for unlimited classes

$75/month for two per week
