A.      Back squat @30x1; build to a 1rm

*left knee ITband was locking my knee up.  It feels frozen and I have no muscle push, even on the shrimp movement it feels really weak in comparison to the right knee.  Frustrating!!!

B.      Back squat @30x1; max unbroken @ 85% of A 

285#  11 reps

C.       Wall ball; max unbroken 

68 reps, *again the left knee started to lock me up at 61 and then shoulders go really heavy, I am assuming from yesterdays overhead focus some of the fatigue has carried over a little bit.  My goal was 100 and eventually 150 unbroken.
