A.      Squat snatch; build to a 1rm 

205# my left knee IT band is super stiff and sharp pain just like the med ball test.

B.      Squat snatch; 20 for time @ 77% of A 

160# 5:56 Lower back was getting tight and left knee felt like I had no push, I was leaning a lot on the right side to compensate.

C.       Front squat; build to a 1rm 

290# didn't like how the left knee was feeling and then Right lat was getting a sharp pain like a cramp and back and core started to peel like a banana.

7 Round + 8....1st round trouble with the rope b/c of shoes then didn't trust the left knee to behave but it did pretty well.

5/20 – OFF  I trained on Sunday and took a brake on Saturday and didn't look at the gym after the Saturday morning class, I then ran errands and the went to bed at 7:30 pm and didn't wake up until 8pm the next morning.  I was mentally and physically out of it on Saturday.

A.      Power snatch; build to a 1rm

195# left knee feels really weak still
