A.      Power clean; build to a 1rm 

280#

B.      Power clean; 8 minute amrap @ 90% of A 

250# for 20 reps *I was going every 30seconds then right at the 4 minute mark I started to decrease the rest time.

C.       5 minute amrap toes to bar 

splits 1st minute, 20 reps; 2nd minute, 15 reps; 3rd minute, 12 reps; 4th minute, 13 reps; 5th minute 17 reps = 77 total reps

Then 8rm single leg squat with foot on the bench

then I got confused on the last set of d.b's b/c they are beat up I thought they were paired correctly so I did

a 75# in the left hand and a 80#in the right hand for 8rm on each leg....frustrating!

planning going at this tonight after classes @7:15 pm.
